Once in centuries or once in a millennia a High Being will descend to the earth plane. Such High Beings will descend to the earth plane to either perform a mission assigned by the Creator, to undertake work assigned to them by one of those closest to the Creator, or to help re-establish the balance on the earth plane where an imbalance has been caused by the Evil One. High Beings may descend from different planes of spiritual consciousness including directly from the Creator Principle.
